Terms of service
By creating an account or claiming a name on MalvinTech Domains, you agree to these terms and to the acceptable use policy and privacy policy.
The service
MalvinTech Domains lets you claim a free name under domains we operate and manage its DNS records. It is provided by MalvinTech.
Your account
- You must give a working email address and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for everything served from your names.
- We may limit the number of names per account.
Names
A name is a right to use an address while the account follows these terms. It is not ownership of a domain, trademark or any other property. We may reserve, refuse, suspend or remove names, including those that infringe someone else's rights.
Free service, no guarantee
The service is free and provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available forever, so do not rely on it for anything where an outage or loss of a name would cause serious harm.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or end an account or name at any time, including without notice for abuse. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MalvinTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law says otherwise.
