Acceptable use policy
This policy applies to every name and subdomain created through MalvinTech Domains, and to the content or services behind them.
You may not use a name for
- Phishing, credential harvesting, or pages that pretend to be another person, brand or service.
- Malware, exploit kits, command-and-control servers, or anything that attacks other systems.
- Spam, bulk or unsolicited email, or fake-engagement services.
- Illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities.
- Fraud, scams, or selling counterfeit or stolen goods.
- Proxying, mirroring or reselling someone else's site or service without their permission.
- Hosting content that threatens, harasses or targets people.
- Putting a load on our infrastructure that harms other users, such as mass registrations or DNS floods.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account details accurate and your password private. Turning on two-factor sign-in is recommended.
- You are responsible for everything served from your names, including subdomains you create.
- Respond to abuse reports about your names when we contact you.
What we may do
If a name breaks these rules, or we reasonably believe it does, we may remove its records, suspend or delete the name, limit or close the account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. In clear cases we act first and explain afterwards.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Questions go to [email protected].
